150 Holborn is a finalist in this year’s World Architecture Festival — the world’s largest, live-judged, architecture awards programme celebrating the best in design.
Judging takes place this November in Singapore and Perkins&Will’s Christopher Christophi will be presenting in the Completed Buildings: Office Category and the coveted Sustainability Prize.
Sidara’s award-winning European HQ is energy-efficient and adaptable to climate change, with a range of internal and exterior renewable, recycling, and low-carbon design strategies.
And 150 Holborn is a “living lab”. A digital twin of the building measures staff wellbeing, operational efficiency, and asset performance, allowing us to continuously optimise environmental performance and occupant comfort. This is the first-time intelligent building technology has been collected in such a way, and for these purposes, in the UK.
