Para, part of the Sidara Collaborative, will be showcasing the transformative smart journey of 150 Holborn, in collaboration with Sidara, Ideal and Schneider Electric, at Proptech Connect, Europe’s largest real estate event on 4-5 September.

They’ll be sharing the digital journey of the award-winning Sidara headquarters in London, including an exclusive demo of the UL-accredited PARA OS digital twin-building platform, which has been implemented at 150 Holborn.

Sidara will also be revealing their journey to smart with partners Ideal and Schneider Electric, delving into how the building’s data has been used to accurately and efficiently improve occupier experience, sustainability, and operations.
