This comes on top of the BREEAM New Construction Design Stage Outstanding score of 89.9%, meaning the cutting edge innovation combined with market-leading technology, and processes at 150 Holborn have created a highly sustainable, cost efficient, and future-proof space, fully aligned with Sidara’s ESG principles.

And we’re targeting a BREEAM Post-Construction Outstanding score of 97.21% for the rest of the office building as well now – watch this space!
