👉 Schneider Electric’s scalable IBMS to sense energy use and occupancy patterns and adjust the services to meet demand. 

👉 Planon’s IWMS to enable more efficient building management such as room booking, fault reporting, and more.

👉 Sidara’s proprietary UL-accredited Para digital twin technology will support our Living Lab and Group ESG practices.

Having achieved BREEAM Outstanding at design stage, we’re now targeting BREEAM Outstanding post construction, LEED Platinum, and SmartScore Platinum – stay tuned for further updates in due course!
